The leading character of the film, Veiko, who has worked decades for Russian and Estonian mafia, reveals his secret contacts with the Finnish Drug Squad Police Chief Jari Aarnio, who commited serious crimes, rather than solves them.
The stories of Veiko and other criminals take us into the illegal drug cartel organized and run by the Finnish drug police chief. Is this corruption of an individual or a system, questions the documentary film.
The film explores long relationships between criminals and the Finnish police man Mr. Jari Aarnio, who is today accused for the serious crimes.
