A small shutdown town sleeps in the bosom of endless forests and quiet lakes… the town Finns voted the most depressing city in the country. Suddenly a southern businessman announces to build a huge leisure center and a shopping mall. It gives an opportunity to get rid of an image as the most desperate county in Finland. The community is given chance to show “that they, too, can.” A film about hope, the illusion of “the good life” and the reality on the edge of Europe.
